  • Is there a retail store where we can purchase directories?
    At this time, IDEARC does not have retail Directory Stores.

  • Are international directories printed every 12 months?
    Many international directories are published annually; however, some publishers print every 18 - 36 months. The Directorystore ships the most current issue available.

  • How do I know what directory to order?
    See search tips if you have any questions, you can call 1-800-888-8448 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. (EST) for assistance in placing your order.

  • What is a Subscription?
    If you order a product on a subscription basis, you will receive and be billed for all future issues of the product automatically.

  • How do I place a a product on Subscription?
    Simply check the checkbox that says Subscription during check-out.

  • How do I cancel or make a change to my subscription?
    Please call 1-800-888-8448 if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your subscription.

  • What are some of the reasons why my search may find no matching items:

    • Check for misspellings.
    • Verify the geographic location.
    • Verizon Print Directories that are found in a U.S. search are always presented first. You may have to scroll down to find non-Verizon print directory results.

4) Credit Card Security

  • The Directorystore strives to make your on-line shopping experience as safe as possible. Our security safe guards include the use of both SSL (certified by VeriSign) and other encryption technologies.

    The Fair Credit Billing Act states that you cannot be held liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In addition, many banks will cover the $50.00 liability if unauthorized charges are made on your credit charge. If your bank does not cover this and it is determined that fraudulent charges were made as a result of shopping at the Directorystore, we will cover the first $50.00 for you.

  • * How do I figure out when I will receive my order?
    Your order will be processed during normal operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST). It will then be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours unless otherwise notified. From this time, you need to add the applicable shipment time.

    Ex: If you place your order Monday and the product is in stock, it will ship from our warehouse within 24 hours (Tuesday morning). You can add the approximate time from the shipping option you choose.

    If the item is not in stock, it will be shipped following the above rules as soon as it becomes available. To check the status of your order, please contact the Directory Order Center at 1-800-888-8448 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST. Please have your confirmation number available to expedite your request.


  • What if I have not received my order within the approximate time?
